These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CADLens API, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by CADLens (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, generating an API key, or making any request to the CADLens API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
CADLens provides a REST API that converts DWG, DXF, and DWF files into structured vector JSON, layer metadata, drawing metadata, and PNG preview images. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based overage charges are billed at the end of the billing period. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
You retain all rights to the CAD files you upload and the JSON output returned by the Service. We claim no ownership over your input files or parsed results.
The CADLens name, logo, API design, documentation, and software are owned by CADLens and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CADLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Indonesian law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
